Refund policy

Opened products cannot be returned. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, email support@zerilyxresearch.com within 7 days with your order number and photos, and we'll replace it or issue a refund. Unopened items in original condition may be returned within 14 days; return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the error is ours. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
